The task of the 2025 One Day Design Challenge at HSRM was to tranform a poem into an object. The students had to choose from a given selection of German poetry, ranging from 19th Century Romanticism to Post War Surrealism. They had to translate the content and syntax of the poem into a three-dimensional object of a material of choice with unique structure and expression. Selected words of the poem had to be inscriped onto the object.
